This five-day endorsed professional development Level 4 Facilities Management course is designed for experienced operations managers, junior Facilities managers who are responsible for a range of FM functions. The course also suitable for managers wishing to extend their operational activity. The level 4 assessments have a focus on operational level facilities management and mainly require you to explain FM concepts and processes and the rationale behind them, including the wider implications of FM.

The assessment strategies include written assignments, multiple choice test , practical exercises and concludes with a  Professional Discussion
