LEVEL 4 FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Description

Facilities management professionals are responsible for services that support business. Their roles can cover management of a wide range of areas including health and safety, risk management, business continuity, procurement, sustainability, space planning, energy, property and asset management. They are typically responsible for activities such as catering, cleaning, building maintenance, environmental services, security and reception. On successful completion of these courses, recognition by employers enables learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their study in the vocational area.

This five-day endorsed professional development Level 4 Facilities Management course is designed for experienced operations managers, junior Facilities managers who are responsible for a range of FM functions. The course also suitable for managers wishing to extend their operational activity. The course develops greater understanding of facilities management and equips delegates with the knowledge to identify and use relevant tools, methods and skills to address problems that are well-defined but complex and non-routine.

The level 4 assessments have a focus on operational level facilities management and mainly require you to explain FM concepts and processes and the rationale behind them, including the wider implications of FM.

The assessment strategies include written assignments, multiple choice test , practical exercises and concludes with a  Professional Discussion
