First Aid requirements for an SIA Security Guard Top-Up Training Course:
Candidates should be qualified in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), or an equivalent qualification. If you have not yet completed an EFAW course, do not worry. You can take it in your booked course package and get qualified that way.
Understanding which First Aid qualifications count towards your SIA Licence is very important. Your certificate must be EFAW or higher. Make sure it is also valid for over 12 months as of the start date of your Top-Up Training course.
