Mandatory Requirements

You can also get your Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification in advance of this course. See of Emergency First Aid Level 3 course on our website. It is not only vital to SIA Top-Up Training, but it is also now mandatory for Door Supervisors to know first aid.

In preparation for the DS Top Up course, you are required to undertake the pr course study & assessment as follows:

1. To access ACT E-learning and ACT E-learning (Security) learners should be instructed to:

1. Send an email to CTcode@sia.gov.uk with the subject “PIN request for ACT e-learning”. The SIA will reply with a PIN.

2. Go to the ACT e-learning site - ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) Awareness e-learning: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/access-to-online-counter-terrorism-training-made-easier- for-home-users

3. Enter the PIN sent by the SIA when asked for an access/PIN code.

 

2. Sit assessment and print off certificates at the end and bring it with you on the scheduled course.

Remember to bring your ID and evidence that you have completed your e-learning with you. Make sure you are on time too!
